First-Time Login Instructions

Your user name is your first name and last name in lower case, all together, no spaces.
Your temporary password will be the same until you change it.

EXAMPLE:
If the member is Jane Doe

Username: janedoe (all lower case - no spaces)
Password: janedoe

After your first login, please change your password to something you can remember. This will ensure all communications you have with us will remain HIPAA compliant. You can change your password on the profile page in the Members Only section.
